A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Been there, done that and that didn’t worked!

I have a case in Curacao, the operator is declared bankrupt but they just decommissioned there registration before the court date and moved too another jurisdiction.

First with a "license", from Anjouan and now operating from Costa Rica.

Me too. I know no one owes anything on this forum and it’s all goodwill but I lost 20k in one evening through Falcora bank transfers to Santeda back in January and Revolut wouldn’t help nor would ClearBank, casino obviously wouldn’t or even Falcora themselves when I first emailed them.

Have you got anywhere with it at all??

No unfortunately, it’s with the Ombudsman but from their kind of questioning it seems they are already siding with my bank and see me as an opportunistic problem gambler.

Hopefully the original poster can assist us both in some way when he is able to. 🙏

Falcora wise, how are people dealing with this? It’s different to standard chargebacks given its a bank transfer so struggling to see what route people are going down to claim refunds?

9 months ago

With Falcora, I raised claims with my bank and they were declined. Now whenever I get a response from Falcora they just tell me to raise the claim with my bank and then they will look into it, but I can't!

I think Falcora probably know that and that’s why they are asking you to raise with your bank as they know it won’t happen.

Unlicensed gambling through their platform is prohibited in their terms so the fact so many of us are reaching out to them and they’re still refusing to help tells you all you need to know.

Yeah that’s the problem. I struggle to see how someone else on hear got a refund direct from them. Refunds from

Falcora WILL NOT be initiated by the banks.

Have you questioned them on breaking their own T&Cs?

Yes, they just sent me the same copy/paste response about GDPR and how they will only respond through ‘official’ channels so I need my bank to escalate. They know Revolut is my bank and this will never happen.

I need help finding ‘merita’ if anybody has had dealings with these?

Same Mobilumpay. They will ask you to initiate the chargeback through the bank but Revolut (in my case) will reject the request saying it was money transfer.

has anybody filled a dispute with Noda (Naudapay) or Bilderlings?

We took a closer look at your issue and found some transactions in our system connected with the card you had mentioned.

In order to provide you further information we need to identify you as a cardholder.

Please provide:

- photo of your id;

- selfie with you holding your id;

- photo of the front side of this card with first 6 and last 4 digits and cardgolder name open.

All data on photos must be readable.

This is Grottobook

Do you think I should send it in? I think they mostly want info so they can set up an account on their site. You don't have to do a kyc to get a refund. It's not a big amount.
