A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I didn’t think bank transfers were categorised in the same way as card payments so I don’t see those categories on Revolut.

All you can really do is go through transfer then try to recall it, following this Revolut will message you to discuss. I’ve been through this process so many times and it always ends with them saying they won’t recall/refund as the unregulated site goes against their terms. You should still try but don’t expect much from them, they’re the most robotic, least empathetic bank I’ve ever dealt with.

For everyone using revolut: mention nothing of gambling. Just go ahead, write an email to the skeleton companies processing these payments (which usually offer something completely unrelated to gambling, you can read their t&c and about pages) and ask them to refund you since you never received any of their services for which you paid, and also no invoice or confirmation. These companies are involved in a breach of EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and will not ever say that the funds actually went to gambling. Then you raise the dispute to revolut with your email as proof. I got 600€ back after one day, and I'm still waiting for 4000€ which were spent different companies. I can provide more detailed support at nicolaevadrian750 at gmail com, it seems I've had at least partial success so far.

Is there an email for estolio limited somewhere?

I have contacted Falcora, Destream and Winter Mads regarding these issues. These seem to be the biggest spends I’ve done and I checked one of the Santeda sites that use Falcora and they’ve blocked my account. Seems convenient as now I can’t screenshot the payment history.

I’ve not had any responses yet but we shall see. I’ve emailed Miss Daisy as I know she is looking at an email to go to Santeda.

Page 365 of this thread. I didn’t realise - apologies.

I received a response from Falcora today basically saying they won’t get involved unless communication is through an ‘official channel’ like my bank due to GDPR etc. (Unfortunately my bank is Revolut so good luck with that!).

Has anyone received a response from Falcora actually saying they will refund or at least investigate? Thanks in advance.

When did you email them? My email was pretty heavy handed and threatened legal action if a remedy/settlement cannot be reached.

I emailed over the weekend but I had emailed them twice before via their web form and not received any response, that was months ago.

Clear Bank also refused to assist me, citing the same reasons pretty much.

I’m in the same boat and I’m getting the same scripted emails back from both Falcora and Clear Bank.

I’ve tried to discuss this with the bank and they explained that nothing can be done.

my concern here is the bank sort code and account number Falcora use are actually for a UK registered and regulated bank. How is this even possible?!

Meeegzzzz33

I’ve done a sort code search and they’re held by banks that are based in both the UK and Canada.

Even if I can recuperate a small percentage, I’ll be happy.

AmyGee07

Oh really? Did you get the sort code from Falcora direct or did you find it on your bank statement?

Yes me too. It is so frustrating I feel so defeated with it all. I really don’t know where to turn from here x

It shows me on Revolut the full account details x

AmyGee07

Oh I’m not with that bank so can see nothing Falcora eventually gave me the details via email. I feel like I’ve exhausted every Avenue now, the only option is potentially getting a solicitor involved but I’m unsure if that’s even worth it?

^There’s always the Ombudsman.
