A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Also you are not charging back against the casino it’s the third party merchant so again just ignore it.

Has anyone successfully received a refund from Ari10? I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed to ensure a successful refund.

Yes, assume that you contacted the casino hence the response from them? The bank will contact the merchants bank not the casino as the casino is not the merchant that took payment, I would doubt the casino will respond to the bank as they shouldn’t be able to.

They are licencenced by these lot

https://gamingcommission.ca/interactive-gaming/permit-holders/

Seems like a Canadian gambling license as their business is registered in Curacao and does not hold any Curacao licence i ran that number and it's just their registered business number in chambers of Commerce. If I was you I would read through all the information on their licence laws in Canada I am pretty sure they are definitely not valid licences as I have never heard of them.I am also on the hmm side of I am sure Canada is definitely blocked in UK

By the look of things and what I have read this license body is more strict. I would respond to the casino,as they still must adhere to strict AML laws by correct Mcc codes. Also having ukgl.Make a point that you will inform the licence authorities and copy their response email into the complaint. With proof from transactions and bank statement that prove that payments have been manipulated MCCs

Which breaches their licence

Also false acquisition that you joined through an affiliate program when you did not .

Obviously the ukgc also
