A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Why are all my post getting flagged for reviews ??

Hello,

That's the only way we are able to partially deal with link builders, promoters, bots, etc. Every time someone uses an active link or combination of words, or the post sounds like artificially generated content, the system may place a flag.

I'm sorry for the inconveniences.

Got this from a friend working with Curacao eGaming, told him about my problem and he shared this info. I have sent this email together with a refund request to about 10 casinos were i lost around 200.000 eur last 2 years, all with Curacao license. I will keep you updated with the replies!

Hi and thank you. I just have one point to the article:

It does not say players will be refunded if the casinos use 3rd party payment processors, companies, or any other means to bypass local market restrictions. I perfectly understand your logic, but in such a situation, I'd say the authority considers own terms violations, not refunds to players. I believe we're getting back to the point where it matters pretty well whether the authority addresses such players concerns and somehow collects the evidence. Yet I have not found anything about ordered refunds.

Is there any other part, perhaps? The one including the outcome for the players? I think in many countries, it is the part where banks and card providers step in. Getting us actually back to the current situation.

About this, check the reply. I did send this to casinos for some hours ago, got a total of 3 replies now with refunds from different casinos, a total of 4.631 eur. (spread)

My email: (could not add the whole email in one pic)

Their response: (REFUND!!!!!!)

Rules are rules, i guess the casinos are not willing to get their licenses canceled. As someone else mentioned earlier, by sharing "templates" that they have been created casinos might see the "copy & paste" for this. Add me on telegram: winnerdude

Don't want to share it public because 10000 of people will be using the same one.

I was about to ask whether someone has tested that. According to my experiences with his forum, it has worked out in many different cases focused on missing UKGC, GGL, or any other significantly restrictive licenses.

Any joy from destream .I sent another email with undeniable evidence that payments went to him from 2 diffrent accounts .Each transaction provided different detailed payments 1 being postcode and 1 phone number. Done search on both and it turned out to be destream at registered address i have had no response but did get acknowledgement receipt from Cyprus police that I Cc into email .

I also made him aware that I would not be intimidated by his tactics or be fobbed of with his generic excuse that I donated to a content creator and under the European GDPR if that was the case provide me with all information if not I would report him for failures to provide me with this information. Hopefully he will act and refund if not then I will proceed in reporting to the necessary authorities

I also reacted to this, if it is the same Paul and not from some other side.

I still have some transactions from Unlimit that I would like to have back, but Paul completely rejected me several months ago when I said this violates the laws etc., they didn't seem to care much.

This is the answer I received before:
