So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. I am waiting for that too I think? They said for me to reply by 6th of Jan so I assumed they would have said the same to the bank maybe? I am not sure, but waiting to hear back but reading all the other ones that people have sent in it’s like a 10% chance of them siding with you, and I don’t think I have much chance

Fair, just wanted your input since you're also in Canada.


The 'incorrect ' merchant names I see on my statements don't match any that I've seen in this thread.


Also, the casino is owned by a company in Malta, so wasn't sure if I should post this here or what.

The merchant names come up as

Copprie

Copprtrade

Dublin

Ireland


Unfortunately I don't have info on the MCCs on those transactions, might have to contact visa and inquire.

My apologies for the curt reply. One of my accounts was compromised recently.

I have no dealings with those descriptions of merchants. Sorry I wasn’t able to help.

Btw I stopped perusing chargebacks and negotiated with the actual casino. I told them I would not go ahead with chargebacks through my bank if they would go good for half of the incorrectly coded deposits. They agreed and now I’m banned from their brand and related casinos.

I no longer deposit with credit card, only Interac or crypto.

Well tbh I gave up on the chargebacks after Destream Services Ltd threatened me. They are a big provider of miscoded gambling transactions. They are based out of Nicosia, Cyprus. I figured I’d try a different route.

How did they threaten you? Surely as they are using third party merchants to transaction launder they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on?
