They wrote the same thing to me before, they mean that they fully support if you want to do chargebacks, and they will approve these chargeback requests directly from the bank so that it doesn't have to take several months before you get the money back.
Write an email to them and ask if it is ok for you to do chargebacks on the transactions since you do not have an account with them or used their service, because you need a confirmation to show to your bank 🙂
Then it should not be a problem for the bank to take up these transactions for chargeback, just show the email to the bank and say that you have been asked to chargeback.
Took about 2 weeks ago I had all the money back from mobilumpay, they are few of all these companies that actually respond to emails and take the matter seriously, they do not make a refund themselves, but you have to go through the bank.
