A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

No way are they looking into it ! mine too rejected in 20 mins they are at it

Same for me, every transaction got rejected in less than an hour.

Before or would take around 24h some times.

Something is very wrong here, i dont even think they look at the transactions anymore or read peoples "Evidence" they just instant cancel it and call it a day.

You sure have wrong MCC but you cant do nothing.

The merchant wont chargeback in 98% of cases.

Bank wont chargeback i 99% of the cases

The casinos wont chargeback in 99.9% of cases

See it like a sign that you should stop gambling.

Hi Mate.

many moons ago at the start of this thing I managed to recoup all of my losses from everyone you listed there, and wintermads.

now due to the popularity of this thread I believe they’ve cottoned on a bit and are just outright ignoring unless a chargeback or complaint is raised. I was one of the lucky ones right at the start who also helped a few people.

in still out about £400 from a few random people that bank or company wouldn’t refund me so I’ve given up. I think best bet is to raise with FOS now as nobody seems to be up to helping.

Wow,

yet they, alongside the merchants can manipulate transaction information to obtain funds from us!

I have really struggled to contact this company. Transactions well over 10k with them, do you have an email address? Just so I can gather some evidence for my FOS case against them. I wish you the very best and hope you get the outcome you deserve with these crooks!

I dont want to raise your hopes, but chargeback could still be an option after 8 months. It Should be calculated from when you expected to receive the order, not the actual order date… so depends on how you present the case.

They told me some nonsense about we cannot raise claims against winning gambling chips i said it was not that ! it was money lost out my account then they changed it to anything to do with gambling

I agree with what you’ve said.

I think the only chance people in the UK have is if they used a credit card since it is illegal for these to be used for gambling purposes.

Was just thinking if you said it was gambling you could change it to never got anything ? I cannot see what difference it would make to be honest

Revoult denied my charge backs when mentioned gambling,

i made a complaint and they denied doing anything so I have now sent it to FOS. Will await and see

Will do!

they showed no interest at all, so it’s seems like a losing battle but will see what FOS say.

i have advised FOS that i want a refund of total amounts of £1.2k

Ok yes that is how I feel they are not helping the customer but shielding the scammers ! the FOS are usually fast on these but I got an email the guy who does it is sick just now so might not be great news
