A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi, I’m looking for any information or contact details for these descriptors:

VORNEX

LENTPAY

MORDIG

I made deposits through them and the payments went through, but the funds were not credited in full.

I’ve tried to find a way to contact them directly but haven’t had any luck. Has anyone come across these merchants before or knows who is behind them?

I have used chargebacks but didn’t use the reason "goods not received". I did it with one of them and it was declined. I then spoke to bank and they raised them on my behalf.

I’ve also had a refund from a casino along with contacting payment processors and merchants directly.

I’ve come across ORANEX2 and ROXETL before. From what I found, they appear to be connected to XPate.

It might be worth contacting XPate as well, although getting a useful response from them can be difficult. If anyone has managed to get direct contact details or a refund through these merchants, please share.

I spoke to my bank and they raised them on my behalf. I believe they may have used the reason of "misrepresentation".

Evening 😊 Has anyone been successful going directly to the payment processor or acquirer? It's not a route I've taken but after monzo and credit cards saying no as honest with them about it being gambling I'm wondering if worth trying or to just give up!!

Anyone who has had a DSAR from CARDAQ or XPATE, can you please share with me the acquirer BIN for those transactions? It's numbers 2-7 of any ARN of any of the transactions to them. (Only really helps me if you used a VISA card as all my cards are VISA so BIN would be different to MASTERCARD)

What I would do is raise a solid formal complaint, ask for a refund/chargeback of each transaction. and let them know the escalation steps if the complaint is not upheld/resolved
