A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Plenty of posts on here to say that merchants have indeed disputed chargebacks and shown money was used. Like I said to the OP, they can do what they want, as can you. Feel free to ignore any advice of someone who has recovered nearly £40k without using that route.

Just from chargebacks on monzo. Once I raised disputes the merchants that all had bin number 270497 refunded me full or partial refunds.

mastercard acquirer BIN. Could be linked to some of mine but most of mine are Visa so no way of telling unless we get a name. Lmk if you find out the processor etc 🙂

Good day,

I filed four chargeback claims against Keyqor. One payment was refunded, but the others were rejected by Revolut, apparently because Keyqor had provided evidence that I received goods and services. The case has now been closed. Has anyone else had a similar experience, and what did they do afterward?

Hi, I’m trying to find any information or contact details for these descriptors:

Vercs2

Calcal

Jusdot5

I haven’t been able to find anything useful so far. Could these also be connected to XPate, or does anyone know who is actually behind them?

That’s fair. Out of interest, what route did you use to recover nearly £40k if you didn’t rely on chargebacks?

Was it mainly direct refunds from merchants/processors, complaints to the bank, FOS, or something else? It would be really useful to understand what actually worked for you.

I’ve come across DIGCONTENTHUB, ONLGAME and VIRTSERVICES24 as well and I’m also trying to find more information about them.

So far I haven’t found any useful contact details or clear information on who is behind them. If anyone knows more, please share.

When you say e-transfers, do you mean bank transfers sent directly to the casino/payment provider rather than card payments?

Have you already asked your bank whether they can investigate them under any fraud or transfer-recall process, or did they simply say chargeback isn’t available?
