A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I’ve noticed a lot of people in this forum tend to be all for themselves not really sharing stuff when they have won properly and how they have won so I’ve decided to get the proper info from revolut to help people try and get some cash back

for anyone raising disputes revolut this is the route you go down to have the best chance of winning you’re cases and at least getting them to the next stage

Don’t people sometimes get CIFAS’ markers for claiming goods/ services not received?

Hi, has anyone received a refund from NSXCHANGE or CODEPULSE?

If so, could you please share your experience or any information about how you managed to get the refund?

Hi, I’m having trouble getting a refund from ESHOPPY and Azure_wallet.

Has anyone dealt with them before or managed to get a refund?

Do you mean that a CIFAS marker could be applied simply for making a chargeback under "goods/services not received," or only if the bank believes the claim is fraudulent?

Not on disputes no I think that’s if you make a fraud claim to try and get money back say if you was to purchase something and say you was a victim of fraud etc and found out to be lying everyone is untitled to a dispute especially when there is wrong mcc codes being used by these dodgy companies

If you deposited into a casino, you bet with the money deposited, then you received your goods and services. I’ve read a few posts in here were people have received cifas markers for using goods and services on chargebacks.

Just be careful and be honest with the bank, tell them about the offshore casinos etc. They’re miscoding mcc’s to get around gambling blocks and you’ve never had any dealings with these "merchants". But most people will have received the goods/ services

Hi, does anyone have any information about

chswapper WARSZAWA POL

?

I’ve been unable to get a refund from them. Has anyone dealt with this descriptor before?

Hi, I’ve been reading through the discussions here and noticed quite a few negative reports about XPate. From what people describe, there seem to be recurring issues with refunds, communication and dispute handling.

Has anyone had a positive experience with them, or managed to resolve a problem directly without going through a chargeback?

Just need to be honest with bank. Mention illegal casino, wrong mcc codes used for transactions, on gamstop if uk or any other alternative. Proof you have contacted merchant or tried to (take screenshots on Google of you trying to find merchant) not all disputes are raised to merchant but I got 14 out of 16 back for nextrast.
