A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Chase, they've opened it and they're investigating it, they said they're going to do an investigation and if they need any more information they'll be in touch, and it may take a while longer due to the nature of the claim but it's been forwarded to the specialist team.

I bank with Monzo, I've reported all of my transactions as a scam. Stating that they're committing MCC fraud, transaction laundering and money laundering for an illegal service. All of which is totally true.

I've tried to withdraw my funds and I can't, hence why it's an absolute scam.

Be prepared to provide evidence, collect as much as you can, i've got a fair bit on this Santeda group and the multiple Nikotpf merchants, sent a good amount in, which is why i think they've escalated my chargeback dispute. We should all try and put up whatever evidence we can without sharing personal info and just do a group push on these dodgy merchants all at once, surely that'll trigger some kind of investigation.

There's a few guys over on the casinomeister forums who have had issues with these guys too, might be worth asking questions over there too.

Count me in. I'm up for forming a Telegram or Discord group to make this happen.

So... MagicReels, who used to claim to be regulated in Curacao are now claiming to be self-regulated.

Since when has this been legal or even a thing?!

Thank you for being in touch with our Support Team!

We are a self-regulative casino. All processes in our casino are regulated by our internal regulations and rules, respectively, to play or not to play in our casino, a player decides on his own. You can find all public information about our website in our Terms and Conditions.

You can send your complaint to our email - [email protected] , and it will be considered by our higher management.

We respect your decision, however, we kindly remind you that, per our terms and conditions, initiating a chargeback will lead to the permanent closure of your account. By agreeing to our terms, you commit not to dispute past transactions or deny payments you've made, as this could result in a chargeback initiated by a third party.

If you have more questions – come back to us, and we will help!

Best wishes,

MagicReels Casino

No terms and conditions were agreed because the payment and the offer were illegal. Accordingly, they can take this statement for granted.

Self-regulated sounds good, I'll start dealing in hard drugs, strictly self-regulated. Only 0.5g can be given and only upon presentation of ID and a note from your mother saying you can take it 😀 hahahahah

I got the same, did a chargeback on all transactions via Revolut.

Wrote to Mobilumpay and asked if it is ok if I do a chargeback via Revolut as I have not received any cryptocurrency from them, and they replied that yes, please contact your bank etc.

So they respond pretty quickly when you email them, usually takes a day or so at most.

So submitted this as proof of contact to Revolut.

Try to make a chargeback through your bank and explain that you did not receive any cryptocurrency, and show prints on the email from Mobilumpay 👌

I played on GambleZen a few days ago and I couldn't authenticate my account

I lost enough and I have money in it

Suddenly I can't log in because I'm Greece and I didn't know it's banned

And I can't understand how at first I was playing and now I can't

I want to get the money I have in it

I email them and they don't respond

What to do

I spoke to the bank and they said they can't do anything since the visa was charged

Is there any way to get my money or connect with them

Yours sincerely

Help please

Hello. I am with a small community bank and I do not know how to go about starting the chargeback process. Do I say fraud? Or do I say it’s a casino without a license and now I want my funds back because it wasn’t what I received? Any help would be appreciated greatly!
