Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,519)

Based in London, financial services miscoded the mcc. Yeah I’ve contacted them several times but nothing back at all. Barclays looking into it for me at the moment

Any advice on what route to go down for a chargeback on betswagger, payments were made to pyd*pprocessing (pulsion payments) who had a gambling mc code despite having no license in the uk to operate
