A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi. If your transactions on that website were processed by Xpate and you later win at the casino, there's a good chance you won't be able to withdraw your winnings. In my case, I believe the payments were processed for a website that was operating without a valid gambling licence. I had to file a chargeback through my bank just to recover at least some of my deposits. As for the winnings, I've given up on those.

Roguekit and Exingeno refund directly so worth going to them.

I don’t think they were processed by xpate as I took a note of browsing history when I made deposits. But I do have a big balance and they started cancelling my withdrawals today basically saying that it’s technical error and they can’t support card payment or bank transfer lol…. Such an excuse! I emailed payment providers involved

Hi. Did you manage to get your money back from the Xpate transactions? I did what you suggested and filed a chargeback. Now I'm waiting to see how the bank decides.

Hi. Thanks for asking. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any refund from Xpate. My bank has already filed a chargeback, but there hasn't been a positive outcome yet.

Hi. It was on the WinWin casino website. I made a lot of deposits there, and they were all processed by Xpate. I've tried contacting the casino through their live chat, but they just ignore me.

Hi. No, I still haven't recovered my money. I'm waiting for the bank's decision on the chargeback, and Xpate is still ignoring me.

Hello. Has anyone encountered the merchant WBZTT before? I'd like to know if payments are processed via XPate. Thanks for any information!

Hello. I also played at WinWin. Since I didn't win anything and didn't request a withdrawal, I never paid attention to who processed the payments. I'll check now. Was it really XPate?

Hello. First, you should check whether these deposits were actually not processed by XPate.

Hi. I have some news. Xpate contacted me and said they would refund all of my deposits if I withdrew my chargebacks. According to them, they want to avoid damaging their chargeback ratio. I'm not sure whether that's a good idea. Could my bank charge me a fee or have a problem with me if I withdraw the chargebacks and then Xpate doesn't refund me? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Hi. I also had the merchant WBZTT. In my case, the payment was processed by Walleto. Just be prepared that getting your money back may take quite a while.

Just put the merchants name in the search bar, everything you need is on this thread 😊
