Maybe a longshot but try see if you can view any sent in documents on casino websites, where you know you’ve submitted a picture of the card.


Besides that, look through your pictures app on your phone or old phone.

What did you write to them and what did they reply? They just wrote that they don't make refunds and you have to contact the bank for a chargeback for me.

unfortunately don’t have a pic of the card anywhere… but will try explain I chopped it up after being sent a new one due to bank questioning transactions going to sites I didn’t know
