Might be worth sending an email saying they have a certain amount of time to respond otherwise you’ll go to a higher authority.

I emailed one merchant and they didn’t answer me for ages, I sent an email saying if they don’t answer by the following day I’d be reporting them to the Financial Intelligence Unit in their country, they sent me an email straight back with updates.
