A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Not blocked at all, they are doing gods work and outing scumbags who target vulnerable people through gambling platforms and launder millions upon millions each year, whilst failing to adhere to laws and compliance. I agree there are a lot of posts on Lumen however again that’s just in retaliation to being investigated and outed to the world.

They may have chequered pasts and not be squeaky clean however now they making up for any past mistakes in my opinion.

I had hope that Taslink were going to come out on top with this one, giving info to those that contacted. However, I can’t help but think you were just throwing your mates under the bus or making sure they went down with you!

I received refunds from this merchant after submitting refund requests to various payment providers (including Cardaq). These transactions initially appeared as "MLSYS".

Don't say that. Give them your card details: the last 6 and 4 digits, the transaction date, and they'll refund you. Don't give any more information or say it was at a casino. Say they're refunding your money or you'll report them.

Ok great I’ll give the payment processors a go … just got this from tas link though so not sure all processors see it as their job

Please read the following information carefully.

In accordance with the Mastercard Rules and the Mastercard Chargeback Guide, the parties involved in a payment transaction are the cardholder, the issuing bank, the acquirer, and the merchant.

A refund procedure is initiated by the merchant or the acquirer. A chargeback procedure is initiated exclusively by the issuing bank based on the cardholder’s claim and is processed in accordance with the applicable reason codes and timelines defined by the payment system rules.

Please note that the issuing bank has full information about the acquirer and the merchant through which the transactions were performed. The issuing bank is also able to identify the cardholder for the lawful disclosure of information.

TAS LINK LLC, as a technological operator (processor), is not a party to the dispute and does not have the authority to initiate refunds or make decisions regarding the satisfaction of the cardholder’s financial claims.

We kindly ask you to contact your issuing bank to initiate a chargeback and resolve the matter of the refund.

I have received refunds (directly from a casino) with this merchant name.

You can also try your luck directly with the retailer, Nordeto Ltd. Cyprus, www.mellow.dating

The retailer didn't refund me at the time, but apparently forwarded my request to the casino.

May I ask which casino these transactions belong to?

So I contacted Cardaq for DSAR, they didn’t respond so reported to ICO, Cardaq promptly responded and say that they don’t hold any data for individual transactions and they just support payment processing systems! 🤷‍♀️ I smell bs though especially if people have had refunds directly from them

I searched the address and a list of all the companies appeared. The only one that matches my name is the one in the photo. file I made payments from Revolut and another bank. In Revolut, I see the same MCC as you. In my other bank, it appears as "appliances and electronics." So it looks like a completely shell business.
