Yes - but they were forced to do so after a long battle on AskGamblers. I won 17500 Euros and a Curacao site refused to payout as I was in a restricted country(was living in the UK at the time) - funnily enough they messed things up for themselves as it was proven they refused to refund people from the same restricted country who had deposited previously.

Nope - bank raised a dispute and have to wait 35 days - they won't respond as if they do they are signing their own death warrant so will get it back but just need to wait.

Can you tell me the trader category of Mrktbk?

Not actually sure - stated they hadn't provided any service but the bank don't allow you to choose anymore. They check your story against the scheme rules(VISA) in this case.
