i had disputes with bank, merchant provided false evidence which I had proven to the bank that no account was registered with my email address (despite evidence stating that I was logged in with that specific email address), IP addresses for each provided services they had listed was not even my IP address, not to mention the fact they had already partly refunded me prior 😅 the bank weren’t interested 🤷‍♀️

go in the casino live chat, ask if they are legal to operate in the uk, likely they will say yes. Tale a screenshot of this, go onto the uk gambling comission website and search casino in there register and it wont be on there, this is straight up misrepresentation and a valod chargeback reason, send the bank this evidence or even email the ukgc but they take a while to reply
