Question about Gambling websites with Curaçao license using incorrect Merchant Category code (page 1,216)

I never got a under review email only 10 emails asking for documents.

I had send a email CCing them to fca and ombudsman. Then I got this email.

you reckon a chargeback through the bank should be the best option with this

Nope nothing. Think the ombuds/fca mail did the trick to make them respond. But I still didnt get a gdpr list tho. Ive replied asking for gdpr and why they asked me all that private information.

by the sounds of it it is Walletto that process for them as this was their response and this is Smarket website

I gave them all info and transactions and they emailed me again asking for card and selfie with id which i have already provided. They are just delaying constantly

What will I be looking for to see if Cardaq processed my transactions? I can’t work out which ones would be them

Anyone has any information abkut Gemcebr ? ARN code or knows what bank processes these creditcard transaction? Any info is welcome. Really like to find out wich company gemcebr is.

I have disputed transactions with the following with Barclays:

TONEO FIRST

SONECT

META DEPOSIT

CHSWAPPER

GGSLTD

AIMSKINZ

GAMESSKIN

18 transactions in total all made in the month of February this year.

I deposited money with a betting provider (bet22). The statement says "peratera" and the bank is gurupay.eu. Does anyone know which merchant is behind this? I would be very grateful for any help. Can someone please help? I would really appreciate it.
