My refund was processed under an NDA, so I'm not posting any names here. However, I can confirm that some people here are on to a promising lead, while others are very cold.

To protect the person processing any refunds (e.g., Ms. B. from C.), it would be good if these names were deleted to protect their privacy. I don't think anyone wants to see their name posted somewhere in an internet forum. In some jurisdictions, this could even lead to criminal charges. Yes last friday ( 3 times they asked transaction info, 2 times ID verification ) haha so annoying. Im in a loop of emails and questions. They sent 1 email per day with same questions. Really frustrating.
