A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Tbh with most of these merchants they aren’t going to reply or refund. I’ve read every single page on this thread and the casinos use merchants for a while, they ‘shut down’, seek other merchants and the cycle continues. The likelihood is that if you can’t find public information for a merchant like website or contact info it’s unlikely they’ll challenge a chargeback.

Not personally 😉

I've found them, or at least some clues. And I'll tell you exactly how I did it.....

I asked Google AI (Gemini, but any AI agent will work) and the prompt was.....

Can you please list all companies registered at N1 7GU postcode that contain these letters, in this order? "Prmptpr"

This was the response....

Based on Companies House records, the following companies are registered at the N1 7GU postcode (specifically 20-22 Wenlock Road, a popular virtual office and formation address) and contain the letters in the sequence "Prmptpr":
PROMPTPRO SERVICES LTD: Registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. This company explicitly matches the sequence PROMPTPRO SERVICES LTD
While other companies at this address share similar letter combinations (such as BPTPRO LTD, PMO PRO LTD, or PERFORMPRO LIMITED), "PROMPTPRO SERVICES LTD" is the primary match for your specific string.

You can then ask it to find the companies website....

As of 2026, PROMPTPRO SERVICES LTD (Company No: 15823359) does not appear to have a publicly listed official website.
The company is registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, which is a common virtual office and mail-forwarding address used by thousands of UK companies for incorporation purposes.
While there are several active websites for products with similar names, they are not currently linked to this specific UK entity in public filings:
useprompt.pro: A tool for enhancing AI/ChatGPT prompts.
promptprocourse.com: An online course for advanced AI prompt techniques.

I suspect it's the first one.
