Don’t waste anymore time trying to get money back from casinos. Go to the merchants on your statement, or contact the bank to dispute the charges. And if and when you get and money returned, don’t put yourself through this again. I’ve been going in circles for 3 years. It’s not worth it.

any advice on any of the merchants and/or whether to raise chargebacks and how would be appreciated

Has anyone managed to get refunds directly by contacting the casino? And does this even make sense? I wonder if the casino doesn't refund, do they have proof of your email message if you raise a chargeback.

I checked and they don't respond, and it doesn't match the merchant's address information from my bank, so I suspect this isn't the right merchant. But I did a little research again and sent a few emails that match the information my bank gave, we'll see. I'll keep you updated!
