i had contact with multiple Paymentprocessors / e-banks that process the payments (via BIC code) :

Gurupay (nautera limited)

nun-tech.fr (KYCOIN)

paysera (SAND TECH LIMITED)

Bilderlingspay (Naudapay LTD)

all of them tell me to fix this with my own bank , because they don’t refund…

scared to go for official chargebacks with my own bank, as it is illegal to play on illegal casinos in Belgium. Possible fines up to 25k €

feeling desperate, I lost almost 20k € to these 4 companies.

Ugh you’re lucky! I’ve been fighting tooth and nail to get my bank to dispute PIX for 4 months. Had to fill in alsorts of forms and stuff , then they decided to close my account. I’ve seriously taken for a ride, they ‘lost’ my dispute claims multiple times.

Must have called them at least 50 times to get them to do their job and dispute the payments. Finally they did, and I’ve now finally been told they were not contested and I won. But now the money is in cyber space because I no longer have a bank account for the refunds to go into. Had to go to the branch to get them to send the money into a hold account so they could give me it. Nightmare

My bank raised my chargebacks i had refunds from Pix and niko but inpics and wexhype contested I sent my rebuttal with evidence of screenshots of the deposits to casino now they have declined my appeal due to it being gambling 🤦‍♀️ had anyone else had this i have been truthful throughout so its frustrating. Just wondered if anyone had success with a complaint or fos in similar situation?

What did people say to the bank for raising chargebacks against Pix ? Can't find the company details or what they sell etc.

I was honest with my bank but this has seemed to backfire. So I would just say digital goods , PIX refund instantly once chargeback raised. Got this with one bank the other refused to raise it

Yeah I get you , are you able to check the MCC on your statement i wasn't able to but I think its either informational retrieval or Advertising business if your able to find a company that comes under that and send a email etc just say you never recieved a confirmation reciept. Or you can be honest and explain the situation but like I say I think its potluck who you speak to and who the case handler is some get it and some just dont understand and refuse soon as you say gambling.

What wexhype and inpics? Wexhype was skins no indication of what website or anything though and inpics was AI images
