Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. With all due respect, I could also point out that moving in this thread without fairly explaining all of the issues is an act of revenge, and as I previously stated, this is not how we intend to communicate here. So, to avoid the stress of your rejected complaint and the overall gambling situation, I recommend that you avoid casinos entirely.

None of the accusations you made elsewhere changed what happened; this is simply a vent.

Do yourself a favor by focusing on a safer future.

Email consoletitans they refund. The email address has been posted before,they won’t get back to you but from communications with another member you May wait around 1 week, message lots could be the key.

most refunds were the same day i emailed and the last 2 a week later. Just make sure you add all the transactions fully and keep messaging constantly

Doesn’t need to be a long email just say you want to raise a formal complaint and that transactions on your account were made using an incorrect MCC code. They were gambling transactions but the merchant deliberately used a different code to bypass safety measures on your account.
