What happens when a casino locks you out with any notification and you ask for help with login in again they tell you were sent an email on a certain date and to refer to this email, you search yout emails and no such email has been sent so you ask for help again only to be told your account is under review and until the review is done you can not log in, but you are not sure which casino and support tram you have to talk to. I went to online chat with live support member only to be told they cam not help you as there 1 of their sister sights is the casino to contact so you go to live on chat on the other casino website and they give the information on thanks for yout paitiance and that the account is under review and please wait for email, this is something the do I've waited a month for this review with no information or much in the way of why I'm being reviewed I had just withdraw winning and have monthly and weekly bonuses of cash backs and free spins sitting in the sister sight that did not lock me out for this review, I would have liked and email to state why I've been excluded me and information on process as well as a time frame of the review and when or if I am getti g back into the site I do play regularly and have never been locked out like this without a full explaintion or why or what i need to do for this to happen. Do you have any information on what this could be.

Hi,

situations like this can definitely feel frustrating, especially when communication from support is unclear.

That said, if the casino has placed the account under review, only their support team can provide the exact reason and timeline. Reviews are commonly triggered by withdrawals, verification checks, or security flags, and unfortunately forums can only speculate without knowing the specific casino and account details.

If you are unsure which casino initiated the review or which email address is linked to the account, it may be worth double-checking your registrations and inbox/spam folders to make sure no communication was missed.

For now, the best course of action is to continue following up directly with the casino that confirmed the review, as they are the only ones who can resolve the access issue.

If you can identify the casino, you may submit a complaint request here with Casino Guru. Would you like to know more?

Thanks for this information very helpful I had just withdraw from a casino so this could be the the reason why my visa bounced back a withdrawal and I had to with draw through bank transfer so I'm guessing this could be the reason for the review process, you information is more then I got from the casino so this helps alot cheers

I'm glad it helped. On the other hand, it would be truly nice if the casino properly informed you. Withdrawals are usually considered the most important part, and yet very often players are left with blocked accounts and too many questions in the air.

Cheers! 🙂
