Could you please tell me where you saw this and whether the casino is really closing?
You can also tell me the exact situation where we sided with the casino, and I will try to explain the reason.

on their site.
reading these messages, it’s pretty clear you sided with a rogue casino that finally got shut down. FBI cybercrime shut it down since no one in the United States was getting paid by them. Once the acquisition of interrupts became theirs, it only became a bigger problem since they were trusted for 20 years and they ruined their reputation within a year. It’s not a good look for the forum backing a site that said they were able to operate I any counties with no gaming license. Not only that but there was a dozen red flags that you never listen to but you sent an email to their forums department. They’re obviously going give any answer you’re looking for to make sure they don’t look shady or scammy but unfortunately you didn’t see the warning signs that these posts showed. You guys need to be better:

daveymac25, you were spot on!
Radka, you were dead wrong!
Perhaps you guys should’ve done a better job in the complaint process since they used those excuses not to pay their customers and FBI cybercrime unit shut them down. I’ve read all the posts so I don’t need a snarky comment or to be banned because your pride is hurt for being so wrong! Do you think them having a private forum email help or hurt your complaint process? Seems to me, they told you what they wanted and you didn’t listen to the customer. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

The first thing I would ask is whether I can find out somewhere that the FBI and all similar forces closed this casino. In most cases, they don't care about casinos at all, so I doubt it a little.
Another thing is that I asked what or whose case it was that we were on the casino's side, send me a link and I'll explain it to you. You didn't do anything like that, so I won't comment on it because I don't have anything to say yet.
Also, what players write on the forum may not always be true, obligatory, etc. You probably haven't been here long, but believe me, I've seen players write all kinds of things that weren't true and were mostly just their assumptions. Player experiences aren't always untrue, but in order to find out what a casino is like, you have to check it out in several cases before you can label it as bad or something similar. If you say it's been open for 20 years and its reputation was ruined last year, that probably means it wasn't bad, right?
I’m going by the posts made on here and the non gaming license that they lied about having. Major red flags sign but you know how casinos stick to a script no matter right, wrong, or non-compliant. I think it’s very interesting that you would come to the defense of the casino automatically. If you don’t see how you did that, please reread the original statement, your reply, and the posts about the casino and the complaints on file for the casino. I’m not a case expert but having a private email for forums to send is shady. Giving the forum power of attorney and not getting any information from the forum but agreeing to what the casino said is shady. All this you can read on your forum here. I see they’re no longer on here to rate or to review but it’s fine. I think this is a nice learning lesson to do research about casinos prior to playing on them and to know that posting on a forum for help is a long shot which typically never works but atleast it can warn other potential customers about said casinos.
Your last statement "If you say it's been open for 20 years and its reputation was ruined last year, that probably means it wasn't bad, right?"
It appears you don’t know how to read since that was referencing intertops acquisition that was open for 20 plus years not Juicystakes. That’s the annoying things about your replies. It’s always condescending and escalates to the level of negativity. It’s not helpful for anyone nor would I talked to people like that. Making a comment like this "that probably means it wasn't bad, right? would be a prime example of being condescending and negatively impacting any conversations in the future. The only difference would be, you will just block my post and think you make a difference when you don’t even read the posts. I cannot emphasize enough on to read the post all the way before you make a fool out of yourself! Good day.
If a casino does not have a license, there is nothing to defend. It is a natural process that sometimes a casino does not have one at all, sometimes it loses it and tries to obtain a new one, and sometimes it just loses it and operates without one. Every player must be aware that this is the case. This is not a reason for me to defend casinos. Personally, I would not play in casinos that do not have a license. But it depends on whether they did not have one from the beginning or, for example, it expired.
Posts on the forum can always help in making a decision, but just because someone needs help doesn't mean that the casino must be bad. Many players come here, wait a day or two for money, and everything is already the worst, and when the casino pays them their money, everything is fine. It is very important to differentiate according to the situation and read everything, not just one post, and judge based on that that the casino must be the worst. There are many casinos that are not good, that's a fact, but that's always the case and will be with everything, not just casinos. Finding information is essential when a player goes to play. And let's be honest, from my experience, 95% of the comments and complaints here are negative because when a casino treats players well, almost no one writes about it and everyone takes it for granted. If a mistake happens or something goes wrong, people write about it right away.
Another thing when you talk about complaints is that there were a few about this casino, and at least half of them were closed because the player did not respond. I don't know, it seems to me that you haven't gathered much information, because two complaints were handled by us, which we found to be unjustified, while only one complaint was received about this casino during this year.
I may have misunderstood the next paragraph, where you wrote: ".... they were trusted for 20 years and they ruined their reputation within a year." That's about it, it seems clear to me that it was written in the direction of the casino in question. If you find my answers annoying, we can stop communicating.
It's okay to share your opinion, I have no problem with that. I try to understand some things, and on some things I have the same opinion as you. in some I'm not of the same opinion. The fact that I asked you two questions and you weren't able to answer either of them speaks for itself. You talk about complaints and private emails, which is completely irrelevant, and when confronted, you just keep talking about your own stuff.
There's no point in that, I can also talk about my own things and not say anything about what you write.
Have a nice day.😉
Haha, that's exactly what you did to me but I assume it's okay when you behave like that.
There's nothing more to talk about.
