Hello dear Casinoguru forum,
I requested a payout of EUR 5,000.00 from an online casino 6.5 weeks ago (Beemcasino).
Unfortunately, I haven't received a cent until today. The casino has all the documents for the withdrawal (deposit and withdrawal via VISA).
Complaints on this forum or other forums did not work and the cases were closed (Casino never responded).
The operator (payment processor) of the casino is based in Cyprus, but it is licensed with a license from Curacao.
I have also opened a complaint with the licensor, but the casino has not responded. The casino's deadlines for comment are all long gone.
What further steps can you recommend for me? When I email the casino directly, I get an answer, but just empty phrases about the department being there and they're so sorry for the delay...
Can I write to the government of Cyprus? Does hiring a lawyer make sense? Can I contact the press?
It also seems to be the case that the casino no longer has a valid license either.
All very unfortunate. I have the money firmly earmarked and have bills to pay. The reminders are piling up for me. Pretty stupid, some will say, but I don't want to give up...
