I requested a payout of EUR 5,000.00 from an online casino 6.5 weeks ago (Beemcasino).
Unfortunately, I haven't received a cent until today. The casino has all the documents for the withdrawal (deposit and withdrawal via VISA).
Complaints on this forum or other forums did not work and the cases were closed (Casino never responded).
The operator (payment processor) of the casino is based in Cyprus, but it is licensed with a license from Curacao.
I have also opened a complaint with the licensor, but the casino has not responded. The casino's deadlines for comment are all long gone.
What further steps can you recommend for me? When I email the casino directly, I get an answer, but just empty phrases about the department being there and they're so sorry for the delay...
Can I write to the government of Cyprus? Does hiring a lawyer make sense? Can I contact the press?
It also seems to be the case that the casino no longer has a valid license either.

ich habe in einem Onlinecasino vor 6,5 Wochen eine Auszahlung in Höhe 5.000,00 EUR beantragt (Beemcasino).
Bis heute habe ich leider keinen Cent erhalten. Das Casino hat alle Dokumente für die Auszahlung vorliegen (Ein- und Auszahlung über VISA).
Beschwerde über dieses Forum oder auch andere Foren hat nichts gebracht und die Fälle wurden geschlossen (Casino hat nie geantwortet).
Der Betreiber (Zahlungsverarbeiter) des Casinos sitzt in Zypern, aber lizensiert ist es mit einer Lizenz aus Curacao.
Bei dem Lizenzgeber habe ich ebenfalls eine Beschwerde eröffnet, auf die aber das Casino nicht geantwortet hat. Die Fristen zur Äußerung des Casinos sind alle längst abgelaufen.
Welche weiteren Schritte könnt ihr mir empfehlen? Wenn ich das Casino direkt anschreibe, bekomme ich zwar eine Antwort, aber nur leere Floskeln darüber, dass die Abteilung dran ist und es denen so Leid tut für die Verzögerung...
Kann ich die Regierung von Zypern anschreiben? Macht die Einschaltung eines Anwalts Sinn? Kann ich die Presse kontaktieren?
Es scheint auch wohl so zu sein, dass das Casino auch über keine gültige Lizenz mehr verfügt.
Alles sehr unglücklich. Ich habe das Geld fest verplant und habe Rechnungen zu zahlen. Die Mahnungen stapeln sich bei mir. Schön doof, wird manch einer sagen, aber ich möchte nicht aufgeben...
