gamblemax casino fraud

I deposited 50.00 won over 100,000.00 never was paid I tracked the company to Nebraska then San Fransico then to Co. It's been over two months so I asked Paypal for my 50.00 back since they are the site CC processor Paypal says it takes 45 days to get your money back through them which is BS. The rules and other information on the website are copied off another website I talked to this site out of Malta they have never heard of Gamblemax casino getting you money back from Paypal or whoever processed your card.

They replied that the delay was due to lots of winners however if I paid another $30.00 my cash out would be processed right away. I declined to pay more money.

I played was told to deposit 50 bucks to verify account, I did now they say I only deposited 49.99 I have to deposit another 50 dollars or it won't verify my winnings and I won alot of money. This bullshit , how are they gonna still be collecting people SC money as t least give my 50 dollars back.

Hello, as I have dealt with several players in a similar situation to the one you are going through, I would probably recommend that you don't deposit any money into this casino. So far, the casino has not been able to resolve any complaints and players have won quite large sums of money that they have not yet been paid. Everyone came with the same thing that the casino wanted them to deposit. I think just the fact that they told you to deposit another 50 because you only deposited 49.99 is suspicious.

Also the safety index of the casino is 1 out of 10 which also speaks for itself and you can see some of the complaints here if you are interested. 

I'm worried about whether you will get any money from this casino, but if you think it is appropriate, you can file a complaint here as well, even though the casino has not responded to anyone yet and has not tried to solve anything, as I mentioned. 

How do you see it ?

I'm $26,000,000 they say I will be paid if I just deposit my $50. Is this legitimate? Has anyone gotten paid from this casino before? Its just unbelievable they say Its all mine to withdrawal

Hi, to tell you the truth I wouldn't believe this information anymore. Too many players posted in this thread and everyone came up with exactly the same thing as you. They have won quite a lot of money, the casino has asked them to deposit but no player has said that the casino has paid out their winnings, so I would be cautious. 

Also, the casino has too low a safety index, so that's probably a good indication of what it's like. So I probably wouldn't be that excited.  😥

Try to contact Paypal again and explain the situation clearly. Sometimes it can be helpful to speak with different representatives to find someone who can help you better. If the conversation does not produce the desired result, consider sending a formal letter to Paypal clearly explaining the entire situation and stating your expectations. If you used a debit card linked to Paypal, consider contacting your card issuing company and reporting it as an unauthorized transaction. They may have their own processes for investigating and refunding money. If the problem persists and you feel that you are the victim of fraud, consider reporting it to the relevant authorities, both in your own country and where the company is based.

Hi, obviously you don't know this casino very well but it's nice that you are trying to help with your advice. The thing is that many players blaming exactly the same thing and winning big amounts of money, but none of them have seen any withdrawals. We can't verify the casino's license, so we are not sure if the casino has it 100%, so it is probably not possible to complain to the authority. However, if you are interested, feel free to go through this casino and see for yourself. 🙂

Iv been waiting about 6 month now for my withdrawal and still nothing from them... I made the first $50 deposit and then made the $30 deposit as well. Then I was told that I need to have ten people sign up inorder for me to get the deposit, so of corse I buged everyone I know and I finally had 10 friends sign up under my link. Still no withdrawal, so I asked them again what's taking so long on getting my withdrawal and they then told me that those ten friend need to make a deposit in order for me to get my withdrawl. My accounts is current and valid and they owe me my winnings and the money I put into it if anything. This casino is a fraud they just take and take and never give you your winnings... Im still waiting for something from them. Smh

The alarm bells should have been ringing with the strangest request I have ever heard in order to get a withdrawal processed. 10 people to sign up and deposit to get a withdrawal it seems so funny it's not. Was this in their t@cs if so I'm surprised they have ever had one player register 😯

Yes that was the last thing I got back from them in order for me to be able to wihdrawl....after that I haven't heard from them about me getting my winnings . Iv asked several times and they just won't respond back.

Hey, if you go through this thread, you'll find the same scheme that the casino uses all the time and it seems to be to squeeze as much money out of the players as possible. Have you seen its safety index ? It's definitely not a casino where you should be asking your friends or close ones to play, because everyone will lose their money here eventually. I haven't seen the casino pay out even one of the players who wrote here, so I'm afraid you'll be in the same position. I'm sorry you had to find out the hard way, but unfortunately that's the way it is. 😥

I believe we, whom this fraud of a casino has ripped off, should all demand our money back from PayPal, which processed our CC, and perhaps PayPal will stop accepting payments for them.

Maybe it would be reasonable to try some kind of chargeback since no player has come and said he would get money. Will you check with the payment provider to see if something can be done ?

Sounds like they are a scam and were in fact just getting started when you shut them down.
