Hello again, in my opinion, it is a standard formula that states, in other words, that the casino reserves the right to render final judgment if the customer violates its own terms.

In practice, this usually just means that:

• the casino makes the initial decision
• it may assess whether a breach of the rules has occurred
• it may apply sanctions in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).

When it comes to LOK, I see only an indirect relation from the perspective of disputing the casino judgement on the regulator level.
