May be MGA not curacao always bitter experiences. Please make a warning of curacao license casinos also in their casinos review page then the player can aware of.

We always state in the review what kind of license (if any) the casino has. It's always on the main review page.

Dear casinoguru

one of my complaint against curacao egaming operator, I was lodged on last year June 2021 still my complaint not yet completed, is this the average time to complete one single complaint? Or the regulator useless idiots doing complaints lengthy process for assaulting players.

I believe 8 months is simply too much. Did they give you any kind of reply during that time?

Hello,

All sorts of licensing authorities were already discussed here on the forum. Almost all posts can serve as a warning, I'm afraid.

We know Curacao isn't the best licensing authority and it's really rare to hear about cases where they'd help a player to win the case against a casino. That's even why we deduct points to every casino that own only the Curacao license.

It doesn't mean the casino is bad, but it means that the player has only very limited options in terms of contacting the licensing authority and getting help.

Yes, it is biased against players. On the other hand, there are multiple authorities in Curacao who issue the licenses. Some are simply terrible when it comes to dealing with player complaints, but I noticed some are actually quite decent.

Yes, the situation is very delicate. If claiming that a casino always wins in court, does that sound like bias against any player? It seems to me that before you sit down to play with someone, you need to do good research on their reputation. I've been playing at a casino I found in a review on for over a year now, and I've gone through a lot of information to do so. I don't want to be cheated. Some sites warn about their restrictions, but people don't always bother to read the policies of such companies. Then they get disappointed.

Hello Gundyr, so true.

That's why we're promoting the Casino Guru's Codex of Fair Gambling. Not just the casinos have some responsibilities. Players have them as well. 🙂
