Opinion on PocerStars Casino, are you satisfied or vice versa

1st deposit was a disaster no bonus nothing. So haven't been back.Differcult to contact and live chat is negatively geared to deny anything.I may have ballsed up my deposit by not we ntering the code in the right spot.But for the sake of a few bob I would have looked after the customer first.So in essence good looking server with rubbish customer service skills and a bad experience.

I'd say they're legends in terms of online poker. The casino received a very good rating from us so I wouldn't be afraid of playing there. I'm just a little worried when I read the negative post here, especially about their customer support.
