I agree with most of the points. If both the casino and the player adhere to the rules, there are far fewer disputes. I always at least read the bonus terms and conditions so I don't wonder later why I'm not allowed to withdraw my money.
I definitely think it’s important to do your own research and, ideally, read the casino’s terms and conditions, because they’re really important. They aren’t there just for the sake of it.
I know most players probably won’t read through such long texts and will simply tick the box saying that they understand, acknowledge, and have read everything. But then they may end up not even understanding some of the basic terms and conditions that apply to their gameplay.
That’s true, and I think it usually shouldn’t be too complicated unless, for example, the player is going through a more complex verification process or the casino is carrying out some kind of additional review or check.
In any case, there are quite a few things players can check themselves before playing. Some important ones are restricted countries and, if you’re using a bonus, all of the bonus terms — not just the wagering requirements, but also things like the maximum cashout, restricted games, maximum bet, and similar conditions.
It’s also a good idea to check the casino’s withdrawal limits, such as daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Some players may also care about whether the casino holds a license and which one.
The more informed players are before they start, the better. Many players only look into these things after a problem appears, while some issues could potentially be avoided if the terms and conditions were checked more carefully beforehand.🙂
