我9月10日早上8点取款的，到现在没有到账，提款状态是waiting。

我发送了邮件给他们！他们一直都是机器人回复！说的都是很快能收到回复！我不知道什么时候能收到他们的回复！至少应该给个时间框架吧！

我和在线客服沟通过！他们说我的账户没有问题！让我换种提款方式！我换了提款方式！但是没有用。

我之前一直用trc20存取款。

要是能给我个时间才好！让我知道等多长时间！我也不知道我的账户现在什么情况！

总之就是不能取款！
