Does the second part of your message refer to a complaint you had filed here? If so, at which casino? 

I regret that I had misunderstood the staff at Casinoguru.

I submitted it to Punterz. I've kept it, but I'll post it if you'd like.

It probably doesn't matter anymore. It was a year-old case, but now you know that whatever happens at the casino, you can turn to us.

It's a shame you didn't send what Kristina needed back then, and in the end, you didn't follow through.
