I expect that you will look at this and ask about this problem as well. 🤔

And Mystake.com spits their dummy out again - you will get your pacifier back again soon:

It's quite funny that such a review is basically deleted right away and the review for free spins where players even confess for writing it to get it will stay there just fine. It's probably going to be an uphill battle for you.

However, I would also like to point out that it is not necessary and not allowed to put links to the casino in the reply. That's why I've tagged it with our link.

Also thanks for your updates, because they are quite informative at least about how things are going elsewhere. 🙂

Another Mystake review removed on Trustpilot - it’s helping my cause immensely 😊

I can see you're getting pretty good at it. Anyway, if it should open the eyes of even one player, it is still worth it in my opinion. 🙂

Perfectly said, if it helps just one player! I am still waiting to hear from TP regarding their investigation and too from the CMA, who I filed a complaint with…

Of course I understand. So we have no choice but to wait for the result. I don't think I need to remind you that you can share it with us. 😁

I'm quite curious to see where you get to.

Unfortunately I had this email from TRUSTPILOT today:

Hi DescriptorRaptor,

As part of our efforts to ensure that all Trustpilot reviews are genuine, we have customized software that detects unusual activity on our platform. In this case, our software has flagged that at least one of your reviews is likely to be spam. We take this very seriously, and have therefore blocked your user account and removed your reviews from our platform.

We have these measures in place to ensure that our community can trust the reviews they read on Trustpilot, however, we understand that sometimes legitimate reviews are removed in this process. If you think there’s been a mistake, you’re welcome to contact us by replying to this email.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Isn’t it interesting that I have sent numerous emails to them evidencing spins for reviews by Mystake and yet they always remove my review because Mystake flags them! Yet they have not removed a single one of the reviews that are clearly copy and pasted.

Something has to be done about TRUSTPILOT!

Hmm sure is pretty sad. Anyway, did you ask Trustpilot if it's against their rules or did you read somewhere that players can't post reviews on their site where they say that they were rewarded with a bonus for the review? Because if it's not, then I understand why they stay there even though I don't think they are unbiased and honest.

However, I also see that you have the opportunity to reply to their email, but as several of your emails have so far failed to result in anything, I don't know if that would be the case right now. Anyway, will you try and write them back ?

I have written back and I am also chasing the CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) as I am due a response from them!

The more I engage with TP the more sceptical I am becoming! I will keep you informed and I am not going to second guess why they have closed my account, I have asked for clarity, that’s the least they should do!

I will continue ahead, after all, ‘Rome wasn’t built in a day’ 😊

The right approach. One should not be discouraged because sometimes one is a long way from a solution before giving up.

Definitely let us know when you have further new information.
