I have to say that I found the VIP 3 situation rather unusual. I've seen this practice in less reputable casinos, where a player is unable to withdraw until they reach a specific VIP level. Though I understand there was some kind of promotion or bonus involved, reaching a certain level through deposits or wagers is very different from, say, a small verification deposit.

Furthermore, if I understand the information from the screenshots correctly, the finance manager did not explain what you were supposed to do, which is very concerning, and I understand it is not an easy situation for you.

No way—neither the finance manager nor customer support could help me, and I was left wondering what to do. When I try to make a withdrawal, they tell me to contact customer support; I contact customer support, and they refer me to the finance department,and you still can’t play unless you make a withdrawal, so we’re left not knowing what to do—it’s really tough. These are screenshots I just took; you just can’t get out of this. I’ve already made three deposits and haven’t been able to make a withdrawal.
