Wouldn't you like to finish the process with the complaint you have open? I know that sometimes it can seem like it's all over but until it's closed I would try to hang in there and then when it somehow works out I can close your account, what do you say?

I would like to close my forum account. It is quite incredible that a site that supposedly advocates ease of closing casino accounts does not have clear visibility on how to close it's own site account ?
