When it comes to deposits are they different to losses when asking for refunds, how are they calculated?

I would say that when you ask for a refund, it is taken as a refund of your deposit. That is what you mean?

Thank you. Jokabet have said they will refund 20% of my losses saying it is £3634, i deposited £35075.00 and requested my full refund as they breached their terms and conditions by allowing me as a UK customer to deposit real money. When I rejected their insulting offer they said it is worked out as losses not deposits.

I will not accept this and taking them to court to retrieve all my money.

May I ask if you are referring to the issue in your previous complaint, where unfortunately our team was not able to help as stated there, that "We were unable to assist as the player had not informed the casino about her gambling problem and no winnings were withheld due to country restrictions."?

No that's not the complaint

Ok, sorry, I misunderstood then.

Hi Gaz8087

You will not be able to sue Jokabet directly so don’t waste time or energy thinking you will. Also the reason Jokabet are stalling you is so as you won’t be able to recover your deposits via your bank. Hopefully you haven’t left it too long to be able to do so.

If you need any help then you can email me at jasminebella1968@outlook.com and I’ll do my best to assist.

You are a scam artist, stop responding on people's posts.

Really, I think you’ll find if you email I’ll prove I’m not. I can also provide you with proof from others on this forum that I’ve helped, either way it’s no skin off my nose , I was just trying to help but you clearly don’t need it.

And you are basing this on what evidence?

A bit of advice which you can either take or ignore. As previously advised you can’t sue Jokabet. Who are you going to sue? What country are they based in? Who are their owners etc, etc.

If you made payments via you bank using a card then if these transactions are more than 120 days your bank can’t help.

If you made the payments via open banking then you will need to find out where exactly the payments went to.

Good luck in getting all of your deposits back.

Why are you on this forum? You don't know what you are talking about and you are trying your luck, in the hope that you come across a really desperate sod. You can't help so not sure why you are offering any advice

Ok. You clearly can sort this out on your own and don’t need any help. Good luck with your court case against Jokabet.
