Had a problem with William Hill and they never helped me. WH kept stalling my withdrawals and verified me over 4 times fully and yet I couldn't withdraw my funds. Of course they did this on purpose. This is the reason why I will get my money back from William Hill. If they don't respond I will have to step to court.

Sounds like a case for the complaint team. WH is a big group - one of the well-known, any reason for all those verifications?

Anyway, have you ever sued a casino before?

That time William Hill operated illegally by offering games to Dutch citizens and as you can see I was badly protected as I couldn’t withdraw my funds even after they told me multiple times that I should request a withdrawal after that many verifications, but we know damn well that’s the trick they use when they actually don’t wanna pay out. There’s already a well known lawyers firm specialised in these cases getting people their money back, so it’s just a matter of time I will get mine.

You know, if you believe you weren't fairly treated or still missing any winnings you believed should be paid out, I'd submit the complaint - it's free 🙂

Learn more about the whole process right here if you like:

So, have you ever sued any casino before? Do you know the costs?

I also wonder which argument the layer intends to use, is it about illegality or legality, perhaps? The way I see it, this is the most common reason.

Well, the player should only play in locally licensed casinos - that's quite a common approach - and the best one, if you don't mind me saying.

Here in the Netherlands I would get it for free because I earn under a certain yearly wage.

Can you explain, please? What does this yearly wage stand for, I wonder?

Could really use a deeper insight look into the matter - thank you in advance.
