The casino Fairspin Saying that game sessions are under provider investigation which is Evolution gaming.

I was lucky enough to win many times, and gather around $5k.

Now I can not cash out because it seems like Evo don't like seeing me wining a few times.

What should I do ? 😕

Unfortunately you can't do much at this point. You need to wait until the casino receives additional information from Evolution. I just advise you to ask the casino about an update let's say 1-2x a week to make sure that you'll get the updated info as soon as they receive it from Evolution.

I'm quite sure that the responsibility lies on the side of the casino. The game provider just simply provides the games. You should better turn to the commission authority. Fairspin operates under the Curacao license, so if needed you should report to this gaming authority.

Anyway, for how long is your gaming session being checked?

The Evolution Gaming doesn't decide about not paying out the winnings. They just give their statement to the casino, but the casino is the one who decides.

What does a Curacao license bring? The gambling authority there is only on paper.. The license costs €30,000.. that's what an average Austrian gambles away every year.. You know yourself that they don't answer..

If the player loses, Evolution doesn't ask because Evolution works well... NURRRR if the player should win... then it's checked... I think it's really cheeky what online casinos are allowed to do

Well, I won't pretend, I understand why so many players are pissed off by Curacao-licensed casinos.

One should preferably stick with his/her own licensing jurisdiction-allowed casinos. AT- licensed for players from Austria for instance. 🙏

Well, I don’t know, the Curacao license helped me personally

but the MGA license - they didn’t even try to help, they just still haven’t responded to the complaint. Although MADRE was on my side, the casino still refused to admit guilt and pay.
