Negative, PROVEN reviews undesirable...

It is unbelievable and at the same time worrying what is happening on various rating portals (including Trustpilot, but also here on Casino Guru)!!!

Positive, PURCHASED reviews are easily posted online, but negative experiences that can be verified are deleted with incredibly hypocritical excuses!

What does this entail?

Exactly - companies that are anything but recommendable have a misleading, positive score, although every blind person can see which reviews are "real" and which were bought!

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this thread was deleted too (that's why I documented everything with screenshots as a precaution to prove this if necessary), but you can believe me on one thing:

I will do absolutely EVERYTHING to make this hypocritical approach as public as possible, because that's exactly what such portals are for - to share ACTUAL EXPERIENCES with the public!!!

Hello, can you try to show me reviews that are paid and posted and best if you have some proof of it. We have a team that deals with user reviews every day and handles them as best they can and according to certain rules. It's not at all that the negative ones are not acknowledged, but since I looked at yours and according to the system and our judgement it looked like the review had quite a lot of similarities so it was rejected. But now I saw that it should probably be ok, because it is always important that user reviews are written from one account, so next time you should focus on that. 👍

I dont know should i discuss it here , this is not related to Gamdom .....its more about genaral overview.......i want to say that i never had problems with withdrawals and i have used different sites......i dont know why people are complaining on every casino about problem with withdrawals? Okay its not that i dont suspect that casino can cheat , but really i havent yet any problem with withdrawal. If i couldnt withdraw it was condition of wagering deposit or bonus conditions. What is your general opinion , does manipulations from casinos really happens ?

You know, I believe I can partially explain why you can find so many negative experiences, though feel free to share your point of view.

I think a lot of players have a tendency to minimize good or exceptional experiences. Because of this, those players frequently share anything that does not live up to their standards or appeal to them.

There are undoubtedly a lot of unjust casinos, fraudulent websites, or terrible fake casinos. It makes sense why these websites have awful player rating.

To be honest, a lot of excellent and ethical casinos have poor player experiences as well. Fighting against a generalized negative mindset is extremely difficult, despite our best efforts to maintain this rating impartial and equitable. 😀
