I hope someone can share their experiences with me.
Yesterday I created an account with GambleZen. Unfortunately, I made a mistake during registration: I accidentally entered my birth year as 1988 instead of 1998. All other personal information is correct.
On the same day I noticed the error during KYC verification, I immediately informed support via email. I submitted my actual ID card, proof of address, and all requested documents.
I deposited a total of approximately €800 and won €2,700. My verification is currently "Pending," and the live chat informed me that such cases are manually reviewed by the finance department.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Was the date of birth corrected after submitting the identification documents, and was the verification successfully completed?
