I am filing a complaint against Ybets casino regarding the handling of my KYC verification and withheld funds. I initiated KYC verification on [date] and have promptly submitted every requested document within hours of receiving their requests. Despite my cooperation, the casino takes up to a week to respond each time, and instead of providing all requirements at once, they continue asking for new documents one by one. It even took them a full week just to confirm they had "received" my latest documents. This pattern of delay appears designed to prevent timely withdrawal.
I have repeatedly asked for a clear timeframe and for all outstanding requirements to be listed at once, but the casino refuses to provide either. As of today ([X days/weeks since submission]), my KYC verification remains incomplete and I cannot withdraw my balance. I can provide screenshots of chats and emails as evidence of the delays and repeated "escalations" without progress.
What concerns me even more is that the casino displays a "Trusted by CasinoGuru" logo in their footer, which gives players the impression that they are endorsed or recommended by CasinoGuru. Considering the issues I and many other players are experiencing with withheld balances, I believe this is misleading and unfair to players.
