I confirm that in the end, to get the withdrawal, I was also forced to create this FunId wallet. Nothing exciting since I still had to complete the KYC with them to then get the withdrawal to my credit card, but at least I didn't lose the money. As I wrote above, I tried every withdrawal method and nothing arrived, it remained blocked for days and in chat they told me to wait. Then I cancelled the withdrawal request and used that FunId and it was the only method that worked. So if you don't receive anything, ask support to cancel the withdrawal request, to refund your money and withdraw with FunId.

I'll wait until next week, if the money doesn't arrive I'll go and file a complaint!

If they don't reach you, use FunId, with the complaint they wipe their ass since it's not even an AAMS casino.
