Hi


has anyone experienced issues with Zolo casino when trying to withdrawal winnings ???

I’ve used this casino for a few months without issue.


last week I deposited under the Friday bonus (20% bonus).

I gambled the required amount to met bonus criteria and end up with £500 winnings.


the next day my account balance had been reverted to 0.

i reached out to customer support who said I didn’t met the requirements, back and forth emails they agreed I had met the requirements and put my account back to £500.


now they are telling me technical errors are preventing withdraw of my funds.

i googled this issue and others other the last 2 months have experienced the same reply when trying to withdraw funds.


anyone currently using this casino and had the same issue ???


any advice? It’s been a week my normal withdrawals take two days max.

Well, if they didn't give you any feedback, I would try to wait a little longer. 

We give casinos 14 days to send money to players, and if you are close to this time, I would file a complaint and our team will try to help. 

However, perhaps one more question: what exactly do they mean by technical problems with withdrawals? Did they say anything more specific?

It’s been ten days, I’ve reached out for more info and a estimated timeline had nothing back.


il reach out again ask the question if I don’t here back in 14 days I’ll make a complaint.

seeing others having a simlair experience doesn’t give me much hope.

Just use this link and fill in everything that is necessary for us. 

However, if 14 days have not yet passed, then you will have to wait because, as I said, this is the time we give casinos to resolve the withdrawal process. 

If you write to them every day, they probably won't have anything more to say if they keep telling you the same thing, so I personally wouldn't do that.

I know what it's like to wait for what is rightfully yours, but sometimes you have to be a little patient.

I can’t even open the website now so I don’t hold out much hope.

someone else on here has been though the same process, complaint issued and ignored by the casino.

i appreciate your advice and support, il under take the complaint but i think its a lost cause.

It is quite possible that this will happen because they have not dealt with anything at all recently.

However, even if they do not respond, at least the players will see that another player tried, and the casino will receive black points and their safety index will decrease again.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves, even though I don't give it much chance.
