Ok, the most important part seems to be "I can't scan QR code". What have you tried so far, please?

Did you, for instance, install a QR scanner on your device? That is necessary for certain devices, not for all, though.

Google says:

"In Google Authenticator, tap the + sign. Tap Scan a QR code and then point your camera at the QR code displayed in the browser on your computer. Your device camera scans the QR code automatically."

Can you try that, please?
