I am writing to request help since I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account (already verified) since 05/17/2021
I received an email telling me that the payment of 500 usd was made (one of the many requests) which days later it was rejected for no reason, 2 days ago I received another email telling me that the payment was made for one of the requests. Which today I saw that it was canceled and the money was returned to the casino account.
I asked again for the 1000 usd in total that was rejected, but this time for the "Bank Transfer" option, since the "Latin America Bank Transfer" Option was rejected for no reason. I hope I can even have an answer about the reason why the payment could not be made. and if it does not process, do not continue waiting for the requests that were generated when requesting 7000 usd to be canceled one by one.
additionally I already sent emails to the casino support and I do not receive a response, as well as the online chat, they do not know the reason for the error.
to this day I still don't know what the problem is.
