I see this casino is highly rated here and their behavior is totally shocking.

First of all let me say I am a fully verified player. I reverified here 1 year ago when my license expired.

All good.

I won $2700 and the casino wanted me to reverify the exact same documents I just provided. Same payment method. Same everything. Ive also been a player here for 5ish years.

So I said whatever Ill provide it. I provided 2 months ago.

Front and back of license

Selfie holding ID

Utility Bill

Bank statement

deposit reciept statement

Now remember ive been fully verified here for year and just reverified with the exact same documents.

The casino closed my account and told me "Since you cannot provide the documents, we are entitled to act within our terms and conditions and close and seize your money under term 3.3"

This is totally weird and shocking behavior on their part. So I opened live chat and they told me "Sorry we have the right to do this. Thats it sorry"

I have filed a complaint here but I highly suggest anyone to stay away from this casino as this is just the weirdest, shadiest thing I have ever seen in my life.

What an extreme user experience!

To me, it seems like the sort of behavior casinos tend to show when there are doubts about the player's identiti or actions. In the end, the player, for some reason, does not pass the additional verification and the casino workers hide behind the general rules to avoid explaining the nature of the problem clearly. According to my experiences, this level of verification combined with, let's say, secrecy is usually quite common when the casino suspects the player of some kind of fraud.

It is great that you came here and filed the complaint already because, in any event, it does not mean the casino treated you fairly or well. A decent investigation is surely a good course of action!

After quickly reading the complaint, I could see how frustrating it must have been. In my opinion, the casino ought to provide a thorough explanation when the time comes.

Appreciate the response. However, I have been a verified player of 7 years here.

They quoted term 3.3.3 and said because I took too long to verify, they have the right to take my deposit and winnings.

Ive provided all the proof to casinoguru that this is a wild lie and an attempt to just steal my money.

I understand and appreciate the information, but it is still possible. For instance, if a newly registered account is flagged in the casino system because it looks similar to yours, it does not really matter how long your account has been verified; both are looked into. This is just an example, of course.

Honestly, I'm not familiar with the rule "3.3.3" Could you kindly locate it in the terms and paste it here for me?

Perhaps it contains better hints. I'll leave that to you, of course.

No its not possible. Term 3.3 says they can confiscate money if you take too long to verify basically.

Its a rogue term they have added to steal players deposits

I see. I get it now. I appreciate you pointing out the rule to me.

I hope this illustrates the significance of addressing specific issues rather than relying on generalizations.

According to my understanding, this rule was created to assist casinos in identifying players who are unwilling or unable to pass the KYC, as they typically suspect that these players will not make it anyhow. Therefore, it is extremely unjust to apply such regulations to players whose KYC has been made more difficult or even delayed by the casino.

In my opinion, as far as I can guessed based on your comlaint and this conversation, you have become entangled in this web. 🙁

However, the casino appears to handle cases fairly; hopefully, the team will determine the most urgent problem and assist you in resolving it through the casino's cooperation.

It has been a while since all this started, so I am curious how you are doing. I would be exhausted, I suppose.

I have been verified and paid for 7 years. Its not like im new. I also re-verified in April when my licensed renewed. Everything was approved and verified.

This is just an attempt to rob and not payout. I was already verified. No documents changed at all. Deposit method all the same.

Im completely fine thanks for asking. $2700 is pocket change to me but its the point of it all and the frustration watching a casino try and outright fraud someone.

I will not rest until this casino is either blacklisted or pays. No forum can ever promote a casino who just robs players for such ridiculous reasons.

Hello!

I am fully aware of what you have already told me. My intention was to describe the usual purpose of this specific rule and show how, in your situation, it appears to have been misused.

I probably was not clear enough; I'm sorry for that.

Above all, I am glad you are alright, and trust me when I say that standing up for what is right is exactly the action I respect. Hence, I'm eager to see what the casino has to say about this matter.

Perhas you would like to know that forums usually do not promote casinos, and especially our forum is meant to fill up the gap between the Safety Index value, user reviews, and complaints. The vast majority of posts are therefore quite similar to yours. Well, I don't want to bother you with unsolicited information; just let me know whether this topic is interesting for you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I made a deposit in the last few weeks. However, I have now discovered that this casino is not legal in Germany and, in fact, they shouldn't have allowed me to play, as I am banned. I expect my money to be refunded. If this doesn't happen, I will have to consult my lawyer, who, after consulting with me, has already told me that they are obligated to refund the deposited funds.

Hello, did you inform the casino about that?

Since the lawyer already told you his advice, I would consult with the casinos. I can not help you with such demands, I'm afraid.

Once again, I regret to mention MR Bet Casino, as they are questioning the payment process... and the delay of 5 business days is excessive. While it's true they have responded, this isn't their best practice. Paying within 24 hours is a good idea... why let players go? It doesn't make sense.

Hi, I would say that five days isn't that bad when you consider that it was the weekend. Casinos often don't process withdrawals then.

In any case, did they say anything about the delay when you said they were communicating with you? What payment method are you using for withdrawals?
