Where did the money go to!? Deposits. Name on you transaction list. If its kryptonim you can send them a refund email. Kryptonim is very helpfull.

Illegal account?. There should be a name on your banktransaction wich handled your deposit.

This casino is a pure scam, they never answer emails nor have they refunded the money and the experts at guru casino did not help me, they did not pressure them at all, they left the complaint as unresolved nor did they accept another complaint from me about the same casino which also accepted to open a new account with the details while I had asked to close the previous one for addiction reasons

Did you get a refund from Kryptonim? They are telling me I can’t get a refund

I have never received a refund, the casino continues to violate the rules, continues to send me promotional messages even though I have requested a ban due to addiction, continues to allow me to open new accounts and make deposits, and also continues not to respond to my messages and complaints, this is a scam casino.

Did you manage to receive a refund from Kryptonim? I am finding them extremely difficult to communicate with and they are unwilling to refund me at all. We have been back and forth with emails around 6 times now and they just send me a copy and pasted reply now basically.

Just wondering if there was something specific you were able to say to them to get the refund sorted.

Were your Kryptonim payments by transfer or card? They are refusing to refund me as well (mine were transfers that I did not authorise through Revolut.)

Kryptonim refunded me last year. All transactions were refunded. They were very easy to get refunded back then. But I see they are being difficult at the moment. So I dont know what you should send them.
