TENOBET which appears to have a bunch of different names on the internet is DODGY; do not waste your money or time on their website as they will always find excuses to deny your payment or even confiscate your winnings. 


They kept my 900€ stating that my deposit payment hasn’t gone through. My questions to them are as follows:


1. Why did they let me place bets?


2. Why did they decide to keep the whole amount of money made by me?


3. Did someone else from the company just decided to pocket the money without even informing the top manager(s)?

Hi, the casino should probably be the best one to answer these questions. I don't know why they decided to take this step, but you made a deposit and your money didn't actually reach the casino, right? But the casino essentially credited your account with the money, and you were able to play? Am I understanding this correctly?

i have won 20,000 with my own money I deposited! No bonus money! And tenobet have shut my account down and blacklisted me without paying me out! What can I do next about getting my money! Surely this isn’t on? And surely they can’t do this! I’m looking at getting a solicitor involved

Tenobet owe me £20,000 I deposited and won £20,000 wasn’t even with bonus money either! They have since blocked me blacklisted me and shut my account when I’ve tried withdrawing what can I do from here anyway I can recover my funds?
